I really like your idea of Professional Learning Communities? Are these going to exist online since it appears there is limited time to meet in person? Is there an expectation to participate in these? I could see these working really great or also not working so well if teachers see it as "another thing to do". I think the sharing of activities, graphic organizers, etc. is a great start! I think it is important to keep the momentum going by sharing these ideas. I also like how you have already provided resources that the group can use, but can also be used in a classroom with students.
